Yogurt parfait with honey and almonds

These cookies are perfect for celebrating Easter, thanks to their egg shape and the orange jam filling that adds a fresh and spring-like touch.

Difficulty:   
Preparation Time: 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • • 500 g of Greek or plain yogurt
    • 4-5 tablespoons of Wildflower Honey with Almonds
    • Fresh fruit of your choice (such as raspberries, peaches, or apricots)
    • Some fresh mint leaves for garnish

 

Procedure:

    1. Preparation:
      • If the fruit is large, like peaches or apricots, slice it thinly. If you choose berries, leave them whole or cut them in half if they are very large.
    2. Dessert Assembly:
      • In individual glasses, put a layer of yogurt.
      • Pour a tablespoon of Millefiori Honey with Almonds over the yogurt.
      • Add a layer of fresh fruit.
      • Repeat the layers until the glass is filled, finishing with a layer of yogurt.
    3. Gasket:
      • Add an additional spoonful of honey with almonds on top of the parfait.
      • Decorate with almonds found in the honey if they are large enough or add some freshly chopped almonds for more crunch.
      • Add some fresh mint leaves for a touch of color and freshness.
    4. Cooling:
      • Put the parfaits in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
