

Appetizer or side dish with the natural taste of honey. The Eggplants with Honey and Chili I am a dish to enjoy in just 10 minutes!

Ingredients:
- 1 eggplant
- Spicy Flaked Chili Pepper to taste
- Juice of lemon to taste
- Herbs (parsley, basil or mint) to taste.
- 2 heaping tablespoons of Natural Calabrian Wildflower Honey
- Sesame seeds to taste.
- EVO oil to taste
- Spicy Chili Flavored Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Procedure:
- Cut the eggplant into fairly thick slices and grill them on both sides.
- In the meantime, prepare the dressing: combine the honey, lemon juice, chili flakes, and mix everything together.
- Once ready, arrange the slices of eggplant on a plate or tray. Add a pinch of chili-flavored salt, black pepper, and a drizzle of oil.
- Pour the dressing over the eggplants and finally garnish with a few more flakes of chili, a handful of sesame seeds, and some aromatic herb leaves of your choice.
