Right of withdrawal

Purchases on the site casafolino.com "they are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and Legislative Decree 21/2014, which guarantees you the right to withdraw, for any reason, from the purchase."

Conditions of the right of withdrawal:

• the acquired good must be substantially intact
• 'The right of withdrawal is reserved only for natural persons, thus excluding purchases made by retailers or by parties who purchase for resale to third parties.'
• shipping costs will be borne by the customer
• "The goods, upon arrival at the warehouse, will be examined to assess any damage or tampering (the substantial integrity of the returned item is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal); therefore, we recommend the utmost care in preparing the package, for example, by using the original packaging."
• to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a communication within 14 days from the date of receipt of the ordered goods and return the goods within an additional 10 days.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal:

Send an email to sales@folinofood.com stating that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal by providing the following information:

1) order number and date

2) invoice number

3) for which products is the withdrawal requested (indicate the EAN code and/or the article code)

4) indicate your bank details (IBAN code)

After sending the email, the Customer will need to wait for a communication from our Customer Service authorizing the return, which will include all the instructions for the return. From the receipt of the email, the customer will have an additional 14 days to resend the goods.

Refund times:

The Customer will be refunded within 14 working days from the receipt of the goods for the amount corresponding to the value of the goods as stated in the invoice. In accordance with Article 5, paragraph 6, Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22/05/1999, shipping costs will not be refunded.
