Ingredients:
- • 500 g of Greek or plain yogurt
• 4-5 tablespoons of Wildflower Honey with Almonds
• Fresh fruit of your choice (such as raspberries, peaches, or apricots)
• Some fresh mint leaves for garnish
Procedure:

- Preparation:
- If the fruit is large, like peaches or apricots, slice it thinly. If you choose berries, leave them whole or cut them in half if they are very large.
- Dessert Assembly:
- In individual glasses, put a layer of yogurt.
- Pour a tablespoon of Millefiori Honey with Almonds over the yogurt.
- Add a layer of fresh fruit.
- Repeat the layers until the glass is filled, finishing with a layer of yogurt.
- Gasket:
- Add an additional spoonful of honey with almonds on top of the parfait.
- Decorate with almonds found in the honey if they are large enough or add some freshly chopped almonds for more crunch.
- Add some fresh mint leaves for a touch of color and freshness.
- Cooling:
- Put the parfaits in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
